The XF-11 Grey Wolf

The XF-11 pictured below is making for low orbit.  XF-11's were the last of the fusion rocket interceptors.  It represented the apex of the technology before the projected energy drive replaced it near the end of it's predicted service life.  The XF-11 has been tested in combat in 7 theaters of operation covering 18 worlds.  You can still find them serving as interdiction craft in some of the 100 Worlds' orbital guard.

Seattle Symphony doing "Video Games Live"

I'm so excited.  My wife surprised me with tickets to see Video Games Live.  We've been playing a ton of Zelda: Skyward Sword.  We've been playing Zelda games for a long time.  As much as great art makes a memorable experience, music transports you in a different and powerful way.  Anytime I hear even a snippet of Zelda I'm immediately reminded of my couch, my dog and my wife crosslegged and swinging the wii mote like a professional baseball player...thinking of that I'm also reminded of the time she accidentally slugged me while fighting a particularly scary spider :)

Anyway hope to see you guys there.

Chris Dorsey speaks geek from beyond infinity.

Chris Dorsey at Infinity Geek wrote up his thoughts on the Emerald City Comic-con this year including a bit about seeing Spaceshipguru on display at the con.

Chris is one of the reasons I enjoy going back to the local convention every year.  It's a great place to meet like minded and creative people, to banter about stuff only a devoted group of people care about and to interact with the people you're doing the work for.  That interaction and feedback is priceless.

Thanks Chris for helping make ECCC 22014 the best year yet.
