Comic-con requests

Lots more Reach and Halo requests...even a couple Halo 4.

I realize I haven't said this yet on my blog, but I'm very proud of our friends at 343 and the amazing job they've done doing a near impossible feat. So much beautiful work has come out of that team and it's an honor to have them taking the reins on Halo.

Story Book

This is an illustration for a children's book I'm working on with my fiance.  

It's going to top off at about 24 illustrations when all is said and done.  

I've never done this sort of work before and I'm leaning more about color and lighting, so it's been fun.

I was super busy with commissions this year.  I unfortunately had to stop accepting requests Saturday afternoon.

Everyone was very cool and it seemed to me that we had a much more social crowd than previous years.  It's also really great to see so many returning faces. Including Val who asks for a different commission every year with the Space Needle being the only common theme.   

Also, I sold out of my first sketchbook.  Thanks everybody!!!

Something I was working on over the Memorial Day Weekend.  Inspired by the green shirts of Navy flight deck crews, Apollo astronaut suits and a little masterchief slipped in on accident :)
